it feels so good...
Well i'm sitting here enjoying my organic coffee crediting the sound of my typing, the fridge and caras tv in the background for any sign of life in my apartment. No pans clattering, no hissing pot of boiling water on the stove, no scent of cinnamon permeating the air promising a mouth watering reward after a grand dinner. Those sounds and scents will come to life when my kids and I head out 3 blocks down to moms. I have never cooked for the holidays. EVER. It's not that I can't afford it,I just never had to. That's one of the many things I am grateful for and to be honest, I have learned that my kids are grateful that not only am I not cooking but that when I do the firetrucks are only around the bend...
